Senior Lecturer Mark Wellard is a published insolvency law academic and former Legal Director of ARITA. Before becoming an academic, Mark practised as a senior insolvency lawyer with leading law firms in Australia and the UK. Mark leads the UTS team that develops and delivers ARITA Advanced Certification.
Sean’s role as Director at William Buck sees him as a leader of Restructuring and Insolvency team which provides the entire range of formal and informal corporate and personal insolvency related services including voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, creditors’ trusts, fraud investigations, bankruptcies and personal insolvency agreements.
As a Registered Liquidator and Trustee in Bankruptcy practicing in the industry since 2001 Sean applies his experience with a hands-on approach as appointee on external administrations and to his clients.
