About this course

Agile thinking can help turn good ideas into practice by challenging traditional ways of working and shifting mindsets. In this course you will learn foundational design thinking skills from expert practitioners to generate more creative and relevant solutions, make better decisions and utilise disruption techniques to leverage opportunity.

Course structure

This two day  course will cover:

  • Agile thinking: tools for disruption and experimentation
  • Organisational priority mapping and innovation pipelines
  • Design Thinking for Innovation
  • Determining impact solutions
  • Pitching for engagement
